Atpūtas māja "Madaras" atrodas gleznainā vietā Usmas ezera krastā, blakus atpūtas kompleksiem "Bukdangas" un "Godeļi". Mājiņā ir trīs guļamistabas - divas ar divām un viena ar četrām guļvietām. Ir kamīntelpa un virtuve. Mājas pagalmā ir ugunskura vieta, grils, galdi svinībām. Usmas ezers ir lieliska vieta makšķerniekiem (licencēta makšķerēšana), tiem, kam patīk ogot un sēņot, kā arī tiem, kuri vēlas tikai peldēties un sauļoties. Ezerā ir vairākas salas, no kurām trīs lielākās - Viskužu sala, Moricsala, Lielalksnīte.
